Welcome to Coastal Collaborative Colleagues

Coastal Collaborative Colleagues is an interdisciplinary group of specially trained professionals committed to providing an alternative to the traditional adversarial court process for resolving divorce and family law disputes.  Instead of relying upon a court to resolve issues related to separation or divorce, the members of Coastal Collaborative Colleagues and their clients reach such resolutions by working together in a client-driven process characterized by honest, respectful and good-faith communication and exchange of information.   The members of Coastal Collaborative Colleagues agree and pledge to resolve their collaborative cases outside of court, a pledge reflecting the group’s philosophy that the collaborative divorce process yields cost-effective and creative resolutions while minimizing the emotional and financial devastation often accompanying traditional court processes.
